Support and project questions
Email hello@internetspeedgeo.com. For a failed test, include the page URL, date and approximate time, device, browser version and exact error. State whether you were on Wi-Fi, Ethernet or mobile data and whether a VPN was active. A screenshot is useful if it omits personal details.
Request a correction
Send the page address, language, statement you believe is wrong, suggested correction and an official source if available to hello@internetspeedgeo.com. For a provider-label problem, include the country and displayed provider name. InternetSpeedGeo cannot change an internet provider’s billing or repair its network.
Privacy and stored results
Email privacy@internetspeedgeo.com for questions about processing, consent or a stored contribution. A result date and ID, if available, can help locate a record. Clearing Reports only removes local history. Do not send passwords, full payment information or identification documents unless specifically needed through an appropriate process.
